Max and Jarod’s Taj Rooftop wedding was beautifully sweet.

It started with a stroll through Boston Common after getting dressed.  The sun was shining and the fall weather kept everyone happy and cool.  Getting to watch Max and Jarod interact with each other throughout the day was so touching.  I felt enormously privileged to see a couple so obviously in love.  What struck me most, though, is simply how happy they seemed.  It was adorable and made my task of posing them for pictures much more authentic.

Balance is the key to Max and Jarod’s relationship.

They are self-admittedly very different people with very different interests.  Jarod loves his sci-fi and video games, while Max can’t keep himself away from dramatic TV and fashion.  These differences, however, are what make these two work so well together.  They have the ability to recognize that they are unique people and give space to their respective partner to be that unique person.  I think that is admirable and is the base for a lasting and loving relationship.  They do have some mutual interests, though.  Food (hot pot is a favorite), the Pats, wine, and their adorable dog Zeeva.  Jarod says that he is definitely the less adventurous one, but that Max has pushed his boundaries and he loves him for that.

The Taj Rooftop space was a beautiful spot for them to get married.

As the sunset reflected off the Boston skyline in the background, Max and Jarod proclaimed their love for each other.  I am 100% sure that there was not a dry eye in the room.  The happiness felt for the two of them carried the rest of the night.  The dance moves were impeccable as Max and Jarod’s friends and family celebrated with them.  It was a joy to get to know these two and I wish them all the best in their future together!
